Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care Opens New Center in Springfield Gardens

The new center will increase access to high-quality, personalized care for people living and working in Queens and western Nassau County

New York, N.Y., December 13, 2021 – Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care, a leading provider of urgent care services in New York, will expand service in Queens with the opening of a new urgent care center in Springfield Gardens. Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care's new center, which opens today, December 13, increases its total number of centers serving the borough of Queens to five and the greater New York region to 55.

Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care in Springfield Gardens, located at 134-40 Springfield Boulevard in the Stop & Shop shopping center, will treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, provide on-site X-ray services and offer COVID-19 evaluation and testing. The new 2,033-square-foot center is located in the shopping center's corner suite situated closest to Merrick Boulevard.

Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care patients can walk in or go online to save their spot in advance and pre-register, ensuring they can see a high-quality clinical provider quickly and effortlessly. Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care's new Springfield Gardens center adds a convenient new option for area residents and commuters to its existing locations in Queens (Astoria, Bayside, Forest Hills and Lefrak) and western Nassau County (Hewlett, Rockville Centre, Lynbrook, Oceanside and West Hempstead). Virtual Visits are also available throughout Connecticut for convenient care without leaving home.

The Springfield Gardens center is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., and weekends 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
