Putting patients' needs at the heart of our simplified website design has earned GoHealth Urgent Care top honors in The 20th Annual American Business Awards®. Honored with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Health Products & Services category, the website also received a Silver Stevie® for Achievement in User Experience.
Launched in November 2021, the new website delivers an intuitive digital experience so patients can easily perform the most critical actions—finding a center and saving a spot before arriving at it. A prominently displayed Find a Center tool allows patients to quickly search for nearby centers and displays health news relevant to the patient’s community. With the Save My Spot tool, patients can save timeslots and choose between in-person and virtual options. GoHealth stood apart for its on-demand, low-barrier features.
